Marios A. Klitou is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of CIPA (Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency). Marios is the CEO of Baker Tilly Klitou, a firm of Auditors, Accountants and Business Advisors, which services more than 3000 clients with offices in Cyprus, Bucharest-Romania, Sofia-Bulgaria and Chisinau-Moldova. Baker Tilly Klitou is an independent member of Baker Tilly International, the 8th largest network in the world by fee income represented by 138 firms in 104 countries, with a global fee income of $2.5 billion. He holds several memberships including: Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK (ACCA); Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Foreign Investments Committee of ICPAC; Member of the Romanian Chamber Auditors (CAFR) and Member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Cyprus.
