1. The Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA) Website
1.1 The Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (hereafter CIPA) established in 2007 after a decision of the Council of Ministers of the Government of Cyprus.  The Government of Cyprus is the sole partner of CIPA.  The www.cipa.org.cy belongs and manages by CIPA, which it supports and promotes Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Cyprus, encourages further investment in Cyprus by existing investors and advices the Government of Cyprus on how to develop and modify rules and regulation on the Cyprus’ business, investment and entrepreneurial field.

6.3 Visitors who wish to update their personal information should log on www.cipa.org.cy and follow the relevant instruction.


6.4 Visitors who do not wish to receive any communication from CIPA as above-mentioned; they should send an email at info@cipa.org.cy stating clearly their wish not to receive any communication from CIPA.


6.5 CIPA will not disclose visitor’s personal data unless there is a clear consent from the visitor which allows CIPA to do so.
