Nelly Koulia
Nelly Koulia is the Director of Trade at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Tourism.
Nelly Koulia holds a BSc Honours Degree in Economics from The City University, London and an MSc Degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Sciences, London.
She is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA), of the Commercial Agents Association, the Cyprus Standards Organisation (CYS) and the Cyprus Certification Company (CYC).
Nelly Koulia started her career at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Τοurism 1984 as an Industrial Officer. In 1995 she was posted as an Industrial Officer A´ and later in 2004 as a Senior Industrial and Commercial Officer. During her time as a Senior Officer, she was in charge of the Foreign Investors Service Centre of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Τοurism and later on in 2008 she became Head of the Section for the Promotion of Services, Trade Centres abroad and the Promotion of E-Commerce.
