Submission of Financial Statements of Companies in English
The Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA) welcomes the decision of the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, to accept the submission of the financial statements of companies in English.
This development, which benefits primarily foreign enterprises in Cyprus, constitutes a positive step forward in the effort for further improvements of the investment environment in Cyprus, while it aims to attract more foreign investors.
CIPA calls upon other governmental departments that serve companies of foreign interests to take similar actions, in regards to translation of various forms into English, so that offered services will become more friendly and efficient towards foreign companies.
