Christos Mavrellis
Christos Mavrellis is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of CIPA (Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency) and the Senior Partner of Chrysses Demetriades & Co Law Office. Between 1982 and 1988, Mavrellis served as Minister of Communications and Public Works and later as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus. Previously, he served as Secretary of the International Tax Planning Association (I.T.P.A.), a founding member of the Mediterranean Maritime Arbitrators Association and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He studied law at the University of Athens and is also a holder of a postgraduate diploma in Shipping Law from University College, London.
